A Random Thought...

So I was sitting here thinking to myself...And I realized the only way I will ever be truly happy is to do things on my own terms. I'm always doing whatever everyone else wishes for me to do, always trying to make everyone happy..However, at the end of the day am I happy? No. So from this day forward I'm doing WHAT I WANT.

Work It Out....

So it's 2011...I spent 2010 being a lazy ass. Then again I did lose 20 lbs from being depressed (NOT GOOD). I'm going to attempt to get back into shape once and for all. This baby gut has to go. I mean my son is 2 now for crying out loud. Now if I could only get the motivation to work out more...I'm tryna look like Mel B. by the end of the year...lol Wishful thinking. :)

Random Thought....

The best gift parents can give their child is to get along and love each other unconditionally. Parents often forget about their relationship with each other and put all their focus and energy on their kids or other things going on in life. People don't realize that this isn't exactly the smartest thing to do. How can you forget the person that helped you bring your precious child into this world? I never quite understood this. As a kid I loved seeing my grandparents (my parents were in a real shitty relationship, so I use my grandparents as an example) "in love". Although I thought they were sometimes gross, it was still wonderful to see two people get along so well . It made me feel secure and happy knowing that two people could really love each other that much.

Now I'm in no way saying people should stay together "because of the kids". If you can't get along and your toxic to each other, then that's not a good look for your kids and your better off being apart. But if you do choose to remain with your significant other, do it for the love you share for one another. Not just the kids.
